About the role
Meijer is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team in Bad Axe, Michigan. This position offers sign‑on incentives and relocation assistance, providing a supportive environment focused on patient care and professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Fill prescriptions safely and accurately while maintaining high patient service standards.
- Mentor and hold pharmacy technicians accountable, driving pharmacy business growth.
- Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge.
- Perform clinical services such as immunizations where permitted.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
- Registered and licensed pharmacist in the state of practice.
- Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
- Experience in retail/community pharmacy settings.
Required skills
- Immunization administration.
- Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing systems.
