Rehabilitation Manager – Clinical Home Health

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a licensed therapist to lead its rehabilitation field staff in Hilo, Hawaii. The Rehabilitation Manager will ensure high‑quality client outcomes, clinical excellence, and compliance with BAYADA standards across the Big Island Visits office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support field therapists, aligning service delivery with BAYADA’s quality, service, and compliance standards.
• Oversee therapy documentation, ICD coding accuracy, case management, and performance metrics.
• Match clinicians to clients, manage authorizations, and act as client advocate.
• Participate in hiring, competency validation, performance reviews, and provide clinical oversight through observations and documentation reviews.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and Director to coordinate care and implement new programs.

Required profile

• Current, active license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech‑Language Pathologist in Hawaii.
• Graduated from an accredited therapist program with at least two years of direct therapy experience.
• Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Completion of required clinical quizzes, competency testing, background checks, and continuing education.
