About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver on‑site medical and wellness services for a federally supported residential youth program in Chadron, NE. The position supports young adults aged 16‑24, helping them achieve health stability while preparing for independent living and employment.

Key responsibilities

Triaging urgent and emergent medical situations, providing first aid, clinical assessments, and basic treatment.
Monitoring chronic conditions, administering medications, and assisting with examinations.
Coordinating referrals, follow‑up care, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Delivering individual and group health education sessions and maintaining medical supply inventories.

Required profile

Current, unrestricted RN license in Nebraska.
Minimum two years of nursing experience in clinical, school‑based, residential, or community health settings.
Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred.
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
