Registered Nurse – Women’s Health Clinic (Full‑time)

About the role

The RN – Staff – Women’s Health Clinic position is a full‑time role within the Primary Care Service of the White River Junction Healthcare System. The nurse will provide direct patient‑care services to women in an ambulatory clinic setting, supporting the delivery of comprehensive primary care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to women patients in the clinic, including assessments, interventions, and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other health‑care professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the medical record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in health‑education activities and promote preventive care for the clinic population.

Required profile

• Proficiency in written and spoken English as required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of an ACEN‑ or CCNE‑accredited nursing program (or equivalent foreign qualification with recognized equivalency).
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional registered nurse in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state nursing license; candidates without licensure may be appointed temporarily as Graduate Nurse Technicians.
• Three years of experience in primary care or ambulatory care clinic settings is preferred.

Required skills
