Registered Nurse - Senior Living Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a per‑diem position serving seniors in Baltimore, Carroll and Harford counties. The role blends home‑health nursing with community‑based care, allowing you to provide skilled services without the typical home‑visit commute.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and make home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers, and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments, case management and coordination.
• Accurately record observations and interventions using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.

Required profile

• Current Maryland Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
