Registered Nurse – Weekend SOC – Senior Living Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for weekend SOC (Admissions) on a per‑diem basis to provide skilled nursing services within senior living communities across Baltimore, Carroll, and Harford counties. The role requires availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits to clients in designated senior living facilities, following individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures; monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document assessments, interventions, and physician orders using a tablet‑based electronic medical record system.

Required profile

• Current Maryland RN license with at least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience is strongly preferred; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program and possess solid interpersonal and computer skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer literacy for documentation and communication.
