Required profile

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland (or soon to be licensed).
• Active CPR certification and strong clinical reasoning skills.
• Passion for patient‑centered care and commitment to teamwork.

Required skills

• Evaluation and treatment planning for geriatric patients.
• Ability to deliver therapy services that enhance independence.
