Remote Patient Enroller & Care Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented professionals to join our healthcare team in two remote part‑time positions: Patient Enroller and Patient Care Coordinator. Both roles involve direct communication with patients, enrollment in remote health programs, and ongoing care coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Contact eligible patients, explain RPM, CCM, and PCM program benefits, and complete enrollment procedures.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and verify patient eligibility.
• Conduct regular outreach calls to monitor health status, update care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, communicate patient needs, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Educate patients on program requirements, monitoring devices, and compliance.

Required profile

• Medical or healthcare‑related education (MBBS preferred); O/A Level Cambridge education is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with a clear American‑style accent.
• Availability to work 25 hours per week within the US Eastern Time Zone.
• Experience in patient enrollment, care coordination, or quality improvement is preferred.

Required skills

• Professional email writing and general computer applications
