Registered Nurse – Senior Living Visits

About the role

This per‑diem Registered Nurse position involves providing home health visits to senior living facilities across Montgomery County, Maryland. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5 pm, offering a flexible schedule and 1:1 patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and execute doctors' orders.
• Make home visits, administer medication, wound care, and other treatments.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes, and document assessments using a tablet.
• Coordinate case management and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Current Maryland RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer skills.
