Registered Nurse – Pediatric Rehabilitation (Night Shift)

About the role

At Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation, nursing goes beyond bedside care to help children and families move forward. This night‑shift RN position provides comprehensive care to pediatric patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs in a 24‑hour inpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions and update plans of care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders, including medication administration.
• Assess and coordinate discharge needs and educate patients and families.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year of hire.
• At least one year of acute care RN experience or military RN experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
