Key responsibilities

Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary groups.
Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources, serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.

Required profile

Registered nurse diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
No prior work experience required.
Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; clinical specialty certification preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
