Registered Nurse – Orthopaedics (Night Shift)

About the role
Join the 5B Orthopaedic Unit at Mercy Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, providing care for hip and knee replacements, spine surgeries, and trauma cases. This night‑shift RN position works closely with surgeons, nurse practitioners, and the trauma team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and document patient conditions.
- Educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of acute care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
