Registered Nurse – Neonatal ICU

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Health System at Hillcrest Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will provide family‑centered care to critically ill neonates and extremely low birth weight infants, working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions and coordinate with all disciplines.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders, assess discharge needs, and ensure safe patient transitions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• At least one year of acute care hospital experience or licensed military RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year of employment.
