Registered Nurse – Med/Tele (MT 2) – Nights

About the role

This full‑time night shift position provides direct patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code, and Scope & Standards of Practice. The RN will lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and staff.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members.
• Use data and evidence to promote change and improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• No prior work experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Clinical specialty certification preferred.
