About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit at Hillcrest Hospital, working night shifts on the 3rd floor. You will join a Magnet‑recognized team delivering comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments according to nursing protocols, and coordinate discharge planning.
Educate patients and families, respecting cultural considerations and special concerns.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care RN experience or equivalent military RN experience.

Required skills

Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Proficiency in documenting and communicating patient information.
