Registered Nurse – LDRP Obstetrics (Part‑Time Nights)

About the role

AdventHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit on a part‑time night schedule. You will provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care during two 12‑hour night shifts, including rotating weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop evidence‑based care plans.
• Implement interventions safely, document actions, and collect health data promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, CDC isolation guidelines, and AdventHealth core values.
• Participate in quality, safety, and peer‑review initiatives.
• Advocate for patient rights and ensure proper stewardship of supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in Georgia.
• Experience in obstetric nursing, preferably LDRP.
• Availability for 2 × 12‑hour night shifts with rotating weekends.
• Commitment to ongoing education and certification advancement.
