Registered Nurse – ICU

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Health System’s Hillcrest Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. You will provide high‑quality, life‑saving care to patients with complex acute and chronic conditions in a Magnet‑recognized facility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients.
• Implement, monitor, and update patient care plans.
• Record and communicate patients’ conditions to the care team.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders, including medication administration.
• Assess discharge needs and coordinate patient transitions.
• Educate patients and families, respecting cultural considerations.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• At least one year of acute‑care RN experience in a hospital setting (military RN experience considered).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (upon hire or within one year).
