About the role

Join BAYADA's Take Home Team in Ocean County, NJ, delivering advanced, hands‑on nursing care to infants, children, and adults in the comfort of their homes. This full‑time or part‑time position offers flexible day or overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for medically complex clients.
• Support safe transitions from hospital or rehab to ongoing home care.
• Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care.
• Train and mentor the ongoing BAYADA care team to maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home‑care trach/vent experience, NICU, PICU, or ICU background.
• Pass a high‑tech adult and pediatric simulation assessment.
• Current CPR certification and ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ocean County.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy and ventilator care in home settings.
• Neonatal, pediatric, and intensive care expertise.
• CPR certification.
• Simulation‑based clinical assessment proficiency.
