Flexible Pediatric RN – Home Care for Infants to Young Adults

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Registered Nurse providing flexible, in‑home pediatric care for children from infancy through young adulthood. You will select the age group and acuity level that best matches your expertise, ranging from basic 1:1 assistance to complex medical interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care in clients' homes, including basic assistance, seizure precautions, and advanced therapies.
• Manage complex medical equipment such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
• Document care electronically using Statewise and communicate with the clinical support team 24/7.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, evening, overnight) and various employment types (PRN, part‑time, full‑time).

Required skills

• Feeding tube management.
• Tracheostomy care.
• Ventilator management.
• Electronic charting with Statewise.
