LPN – Homecare Take Home Team (Ocean County, NJ)

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Take Home Team in Ocean County, NJ, delivering advanced, hands‑on nursing care to infants, children, and adults in their homes. This full‑time or part‑time position offers flexible daytime and overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for medically complex clients.
• Support safe transitions from hospital or rehab to ongoing home care.
• Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care.
• Train and mentor the ongoing BAYADA care team to maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Home‑care experience with trach/vent, NICU, PICU, or ICU patients.
• Pass a high‑tech adult and pediatric simulation assessment.
• Current CPR certification and ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ocean County.
