About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support adult home‑health services in Winston‑Salem, NC and surrounding areas. You will oversee assessments, care planning, and field staff while ensuring compassionate, high‑quality care for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Visit adult clients, conduct assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
- Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
- Facilitate new‑hire orientation and ongoing training for field staff.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional care.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
