Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Join BAYADA as a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in homes, schools, and the Wall Center.

Key responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures according to each client’s treatment plan.
• Collect and document behavior data, review progress with supervisors, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Establish supportive therapeutic relationships with clients and families while respecting their values.
• Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain targeted skills.
• Transport clients for activities when required and monitor health status, reporting any changes.

Required profile

• Valid RBT certification (or willingness to complete BAYADA’s training academy).
• One year experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Current CPR/FA certification.
