Regional Vice President Operations

About the role

Aeroseal is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead Residential New Construction field operations across a large, multi‑site, geographically distributed organization. This senior executive role drives safe, consistent, and profitable execution for multiple regions and branch locations nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑site field operations, establishing operating standards and ensuring consistent, safe, and profitable execution.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, routing, and labor optimization for all field teams.
• Manage regional field leadership teams, including hiring, development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Own fleet, tools, and field assets, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and deployment.
• Drive safety culture and compliance, including OSHA standards, workers’ compensation, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership to support growth, margin improvement, and operational execution.
• Develop and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to drive visibility and performance improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in construction, insulation, HVAC, logistics or similar high‑volume field service industries.
• Proven experience leading 10+ operational sites or branches across multiple geographic markets.
• Direct responsibility for $20M+ in annual revenue and management of 50+ employees, preferably 100–500+ field technicians or drivers.
• Experience managing multi‑state operations, fleet/asset‑heavy environments, and contract/subcontractor performance.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement expertise.
