Regional Vice President of Sales - East

About the role

Rad AI is seeking a dynamic sales executive to lead its Eastern territory, acting as the general manager for health system and physician group growth across its AI‑powered radiology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for a large Eastern territory, from prospecting to contract closure, with the opportunity to build a team as the region scales.
• Collaborate with customer success to ensure successful deployments and expansion of partnerships.
• Develop relationships with C‑level executives, physician leaders, IT staff, RIS/PACS administrators, and radiology directors.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, meet or exceed annual revenue quota, and provide accurate forecasting.
• Travel regularly within the territory to build in‑person relationships with health system and physician group stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of direct sales experience, including 3+ years of full‑cycle healthcare SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and delivering results.
• Experience in health tech, especially familiarity with radiology workflows or PACS/RIS environments, is strongly preferred.
• Action‑oriented, fast‑moving, intrinsically motivated with a strong focus on outcomes.

Required skills

• Consultative health‑tech sales experience.
• Experience selling AI or technology solutions to large‑scale healthcare systems in the Eastern U.S.
