Regional Sales Director, Immunology – Southeast Region

About the role

The Regional Sales Director, Immunology leads the Southeast US Immunology sales team, overseeing District Managers and field representatives. This field‑based leadership position drives business results, customer experience, and P&L performance while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing regional team to execute customer engagement strategies.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure accurate, trusted communications across all touchpoints.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior leaders, payers, and industry thought leaders.
• Deliver regional business results and meet defined P&L targets.
• Contribute to national strategy through cross‑functional team participation.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing or managed‑care experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience leading district managers or similar.
• Resident of the Southeast region with ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics, payer and reimbursement considerations.
• Valid driver’s license.

What we offer

• Base salary range $231,900 – $365,000 per year.
