Regional Sales Director, Immunology – Northeast Region

About the role

The Regional Sales Director, Immunology (also called Director of Commercial Operations) leads the Northeast US sales team for our Immunology portfolio. This field‑based position oversees District Managers and their field representatives, driving business results, talent development and customer experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing regional team to execute customer engagement strategies.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure accurate, trusted communications across all touchpoints.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior healthcare leaders and payer organizations to optimize access and reimbursement.
• Deliver regional P&L results, meet defined financial targets and contribute to national strategy.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing or managed‑care experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience leading district or regional teams.
• Resident of the Northeast region with ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight).
• Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics, IDNs, specialty pharmacies and reimbursement.

What we offer

• Base salary $231,900 – $365,000 per year, plus annual bonus and long‑term incentives.
