Regional Property Manager – Charleston

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee the performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties within the Charleston region. This position is responsible for developing and implementing property management strategies, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and optimizing financial returns for owners.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market, and operational reports to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
• Implement local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption of revised protocols.
• Oversee and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs.
• Work with leasing teams to develop marketing strategies and achieve optimal occupancy rates.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure properties are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations.
