Regional Growth Director – Georgia & North Carolina

About the role

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Regional Growth Director to lead its House Calls and hospice growth teams across Georgia and North Carolina. The role focuses on building and managing liaison teams, developing strategic relationships with health systems and insurers, and driving data‑driven growth performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard community liaison professionals; design training programs on services, target markets, and growth methodologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional health systems, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, senior living communities, and physician practices.
• Oversee growth analytics, track KPIs and dashboards, analyze market trends, and report performance to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, marketing, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and profitable contract structures.

Required profile

• 7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice, house calls, home health, or related post‑acute care settings.
• Proven track record of recruiting, training, and managing high‑performing growth teams.
• Demonstrated success building relationships with healthcare executives, medical directors, and facility administrators.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced healthcare administration degree preferred.
