About the role

The Reg Radiology Technologist provides diagnostic imaging services using x‑ray equipment at Cleveland Clinic Health System's Hillcrest Hospital. The role involves preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring high‑quality images while minimizing radiation exposure.

Key responsibilities

Perform general radiology, portable, and fluoroscopic exams.
Produce accurate images, acquire, archive, transmit, and print via PACS.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education throughout procedures.
Maintain documentation, address equipment issues, and assist with scheduling and billing.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Registered Technologist credentialed by ARRT and in good standing.
Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist (preferred).

Required skills

Operation of x‑ray equipment and fluoroscopy.
Use of PACS for image management.
Patient positioning and safety protocols.
Basic Life Support (BLS) procedures.
