Refreshment Center Attendant

About the role

The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs is hiring a seasonal Refreshment Center Attendant. The position covers guest interaction, ordering, cleaning and clerical duties in the refreshment center, with normal working hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on holidays and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests internally and externally and uphold safety practices
• Replenish mini-bar products, including glasses and supplies, and clean mini-bars daily
• Keep daily inventory of products and complete paperwork
• Ice guest rooms daily
• Move and lift 180-pound bars, take out the trash, clean the refreshment center, beverage carts and ice carts, and stock inventory

Required profile

• A position with customer or guest contact is preferred
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Fluent English and the ability to speak politely with guests and other departments
• Valid driver's license and a West Virginia state food handlers card
• Knowledge of resort amenities and room layout is preferred but not required
