Recruiting Manager – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting Manager to lead full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for its Las Vegas office, supporting the growing needs of Clark County.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: post ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
• Conduct background checks and verify work histories, maintaining organized employee files per BAYADA standards.
• Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to identify staffing needs and coordinate weekly hiring and orientation activities.
• Provide professional customer service by handling incoming calls, routing information, and reviewing on‑call logs for recruiting follow‑up.
• Build and maintain positive candidate relationships through clear communication via phone, email, and text.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with ability to keep accurate employee records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Social, enthusiastic, energetic, and people‑oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and meet weekly goals.
• Willingness to work onsite in Las Vegas during scheduled hours (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a developing office.
