Recruiting Coordinator – Remote (Hungary)

About the role

Join Kelly's international RPO team as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting our Hungarian operations. This remote position focuses on delivering a seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone screens, panel and final interviews, handling high‑volume changes while keeping all parties aligned.
• Prepare and send interview confirmations, calendar invites, logistics details and reminders.
• Maintain accurate candidate status updates and scheduling information in the ATS.
• Communicate clearly with candidates in English, providing instructions and updates to minimise no‑shows.
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers and interviewers to resolve constraints and keep pipelines moving.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and handling last‑minute changes.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
