Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Clay is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the full‑cycle talent acquisition process for our growing team. You will ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates from the first touchpoint through their first day, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruiting for technical and non‑technical roles at all levels.
• Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and maintain an organized candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to handle job postings, interview logistics, feedback loops, and candidate follow‑ups.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication.
• Assist with organizing recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Support onboarding by ensuring paperwork and logistical details are completed before a new hire’s first day.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related role, preferably in an early‑stage startup or high‑growth environment.
• Based in New York City and enthusiastic about working in an in‑person office setting.
