Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Milwaukee Tool is expanding its talent team and seeks a proactive Recruiter to source and hire high‑performing talent across North America. You will partner with leadership to create talent solutions that support both short‑term hiring needs and long‑term organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source candidates for current and future openings using digital touchpoints and pipeline development.
• Facilitate scoping meetings, determine recruitment strategies, and manage the full hiring cycle for corporate roles.
• Leverage social media, referrals, and networking events to turn passive talent into active candidates.
• Drive employee referral traffic and continuously improve recruitment processes through technology and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with proactive recruitment techniques and candidate engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• In‑depth understanding of social media platforms and solutions for recruiting.
