People Insights & Total Rewards Manager

About the role

Omnidian is seeking a People Insights & Total Rewards Manager to turn employee data into strategic decisions and enhance the systems that generate it. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will partner with People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to shape how the company rewards and invests in its people.

Key responsibilities

• Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health.
• Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and inform leaders.
• Lead total rewards analysis, including equity and cap table forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and linking rewards to engagement.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and L&D to translate findings into workforce plans and program improvements.
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency while ensuring data quality.
• Act as the technical eye on Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave to optimize tool usage and surface emerging risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• 5‑9+ years in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Experience with equity administration and cap table modeling.
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and methodology (e.g., Pave, Radford, Mercer).
• Comfort working across HRIS, engagement/performance platforms, and ATS as a power user.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Daily use of AI tools with the ability to validate outputs.
