About the role

Kelly is seeking an energetic Recruiter to join its Kansas City office. You will own the full‑life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, helping match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a fair, consistent selection process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous or changing environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
