Recruiter – High Volume Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join a national real estate organization’s growing team. This fast‑paced position focuses on high‑volume hiring for hourly, site‑level roles across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume, primarily hourly positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide updates, insights, and maintain candidate flow.
• Maintain accurate, organized activity within an Applicant Tracking System, including notes, scheduling, and communication.
• Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or hourly hiring.
• Strong experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Demonstrated success recruiting hourly populations.
• Background in real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus.
