Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Stoughton, MA)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑cycle hiring for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions across multiple locations. Based in our Stoughton office, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and place the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source passive and active candidates using job boards and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable, quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
