About the role

We are a fast‑growing lifestyle brand seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead the full life‑cycle hiring process for our store‑level positions. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for store‑level roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate, engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with store management to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Engage in community outreach, attend job fairs, and build partnerships to attract diverse talent.
• Organize hiring events such as open houses and recruitment sessions.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.
• Update internal HR databases ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality or service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent organizational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
