Radiation Therapist – Part‑time

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a part‑time Radiation Therapist to provide therapeutic radiation services at Martin Health North. The role supports patient care across Stuart and St. Lucie West, working 5 days a week for approximately 5 hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy as prescribed by physicians and planned by dosimetrists.
• Position patients and set anatomic/technical parameters on linear accelerators.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any adverse reactions.
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and safety procedures.
• Check, adjust, and maintain radiation equipment, including linear accelerators.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) in good standing.
• Current state licensure for the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with radiation oncology documentation and verification.

Required skills

• Operation of linear accelerators.
• Experience with IMRT, IGRT, and CT simulation techniques.
• Knowledge of external radiation therapy procedures.
• Proficiency in BLS and ARRT certification standards.
