Quality & Safety Analyst – Substance Use Disorder Treatment

About the role

The Quality & Safety Analyst provides hands‑on analytical and administrative support for CRI‑Help’s quality, compliance and safety infrastructure. Working directly in program locations, the analyst reviews records, gathers feedback from clinicians and clients, and helps drive continuous improvement across all levels of care.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client files for completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance, ensuring person‑centered and evidence‑based treatment documentation.
• Identify documentation gaps, deliver constructive feedback to counselors, and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Work with the Health Information Systems Analyst to create and maintain systematic compliance reporting and timeliness tracking.
• Distribute compliance reports to program leadership on a regular cadence.
• Support CARF accreditation readiness and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist in measuring client experience and implementing operational changes.

Required profile

• Experience providing analytical or administrative support in a healthcare or treatment setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess documentation against regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Effective communication skills for delivering feedback and collaborating with clinical staff.
• Willingness to work onsite at multiple program locations.
