Outpatient Receptionist/Technician – Swing Shift (12:30‑9pm)

About the role

CRI-Help is seeking an Outpatient Receptionist/Technician to join its substance‑use‑disorder treatment facility in North Hollywood. Working the swing shift (12:30 pm – 9:00 pm, Monday‑Thursday and Saturday), you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate clinical and administrative staff.
• Greet visitors, screen them for clearance, and maintain the guest sign‑in log.
• Perform urinalysis testing and generate related documentation and reports.
• Assemble new client charts, maintain closed‑chart files, and manage mail distribution.
• Maintain lobby appearance, monitor supply inventory, and coordinate office supply orders.
• Serve as liaison with external vendors and support weekly staff meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to confidentiality and client privacy regulations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical staff.
• Reliability for a swing‑shift schedule and occasional weekend work.

Required skills

• Urinalysis testing.
• Basic computer skills for creating forms, documents, and reports.
