Quality Intern – Chicago Beer Division

About the role

This paid 12‑week internship with the Constellation Brands Beer Division Quality team in Chicago offers hands‑on training and project work across consumer intelligence, quality operations, and food safety. Interns will support quality systems, gain visibility into product trends, and learn about the broader supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Support consumer quality intelligence, social listening, complaint trending, KPI reporting, and dashboard development.
• Assist with Quality Management System maintenance, document control, standards management, SharePoint and knowledge‑management activities.
• Help with product specifications, brand standards, test shipments, traceability, product data verification, and food‑safety documentation.
• Participate in new product introductions, emerging brand initiatives, and supplier or co‑manufacturer quality activities.

Required profile

• Junior year of a bachelor’s program with graduation expected within 1‑2 years.
• Major in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 21 years of age.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple assignments and identify improvement opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Power BI and SharePoint preferred.
