Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Sedgwick is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist, working remotely. The role assesses, promotes and confirms the data quality and performance of investigative service partners and internal resources by auditing case files or client records to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess internal, client or vendor case files and records at regular intervals for accuracy, consistency and compliance with service level expectations and service agreements.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve service efficiency and quality.
• Work with stakeholders so that client demographics, contacts, third-party connections, contract records and performance guarantees are accurately captured in the client relationship management system.
• Compile audit results and submit them to the manager, and provide them for quarterly stewardship reports.
• Monitor ongoing action item logs and project plans with stakeholders.
• Update vendor resources to the mapping program, perform other duties as assigned, and support the organization's quality programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Four years of investigative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, meet performance competencies, and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Oral and written communication skills.
• PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
• Analytical and interpretive skills, and strong organizational skills.
