Quality Assurance and Control Specialist - Traveling

About the role

The Quality Assurance & Control Specialist ensures the highest standards of quality and compliance across a variety of construction and restoration projects. This role involves frequent travel to job sites throughout the territory, performing inspections, overseeing quality processes, and collaborating with project teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce TMG safety standards and OSHA regulations on all sites.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures for restoration and reconstruction projects.
• Conduct regular on‑site inspections to assess workmanship, materials, and safety compliance.
• Identify non‑compliance issues and guide project teams toward corrective actions.
• Maintain professional demeanor and ensure all staff and subcontractors follow the company’s code of conduct and dress‑code policy.
• Coordinate emergency response and quality control measures during disaster‑stricken situations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and suppliers to resolve quality‑related challenges.
• Evaluate the quality of materials and services provided by subcontractors.

Required profile
