Proposal Solutions Architect – HHS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Proposal Solutions Architect to lead technical solutioning, proposal strategy, and technical volume development for HHS and federal healthcare opportunities. This 100% remote position supports VetsEZ's Growth organization and requires residence within the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for HHS and federal healthcare opportunities.
• Partner with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to create competitive technical strategies.
• Author technical proposal volumes, executive summaries, management approaches, and solution narratives.
• Interview SMEs and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compliant, persuasive proposal content.
• Develop solution architectures, implementation approaches, staffing strategies, and transition plans.
• Participate in proposal reviews, customer solution sessions, and capture activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years designing enterprise IT solutions for federal healthcare or civilian government programs.
• 5+ years supporting capture, proposal development, technical solutioning, and technical volume writing.
• Experience with HHS agencies such as CMS, NIH, CDC, FDA.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.
