Proposal Coordinator

About the role

The Proposal Coordinator will develop compelling proposals and interview presentations to help Raftelis win new work. This fast‑paced, deadline‑driven role requires strong task and time management while collaborating with project managers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal consulting teams and external partners to develop proposals.
• Analyze RFP requirements, create compliance checklists, and ensure proposals meet all criteria.
• Develop proposals using Word templates and format interview presentations in PowerPoint.
• Proofread, review, and customize staff resumes, project experience descriptions, and firm capability summaries.
• Produce, print, and ship hard‑copy proposal documents and maintain organized proposal files.
• Manage production schedules and assist with additional proposal and marketing tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing, business, English, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and using AI tools to support proposal work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools for document creation.
