Property Manager – Lead Multifamily Operations

About the role

The Property Manager will lead a team to drive the success of a multifamily property, balancing financial performance with resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop annual budgets, forecasts, marketing, staffing and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by understanding operational decisions, financial statements and required reports.
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess all staff members.
• Maintain professional resident communications through newsletters and other media.
• Engage actively in promotional, social and content marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Strong analytical thinking when setting goals and reporting results.
• Ability to solve financial and operational issues using computer software.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated leadership through actions and a sense of humor.

Required skills

• Understanding of budgets and financial statements.
• Ability to use property management software and standard office tools.
