Senior Account Executive – Real Estate Communications

About the role

BerlinRosen is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its Cities & Real Estate team in San Francisco. You will manage client relationships, develop integrated communications strategies, and lead media outreach for leading real‑estate and urban‑development brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated earned and owned media campaigns for multiple client accounts.
• Identify story angles, write press materials and lead proactive media outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters and editors across relevant beats.
• Staff client meetings, media interviews and events, both virtually and in person.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate on client strategy and new‑business development.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of strategic communications, public relations or related media experience.
• Strong news judgment and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
• Excellent project‑management skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Genuine interest in real estate, development, hospitality, architecture, design and the built environment.

Required skills

• Media relations and pitch development.
• Writing and editing of press releases, op‑eds, talking points and client materials.
• Content creation for owned channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
