Maintenance Technician – Future Opportunity

About the role

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join its property management team in the Nashville area. You will be the right‑hand support for property preservation, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive preservation of the property’s physical attributes.
• Support management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
• Enforce all safety measures and maintain shop, equipment, inventory, and key security.
• Inspect curb appeal and ensure the property looks its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and teammates.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience maintaining a community or similar property.
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using computers and related applications.
